No membership is included with your tote

Your tote order is a one-time purchase. It does not enroll you, start an introductory period or authorize a recurring payment. There is no active membership to cancel through this website today.

Need help with a charge?

Email support@carrynote.co with your order reference, the charge date and the amount. Please do not include a full card number, password or banking credentials. We can help identify whether a charge relates to a Carrynote order.

Future membership cancellation

If the optional digital service launches, a working cancellation method and its timing will be clearly available before anyone enrolls. This page currently provides information and support contact; it is not a subscription-management portal.
