Request a return within 30 days of delivery. For a change of mind, the tote must be unused and you pay return shipping. Read our Returns & refunds policy for instructions.

Send your order number and a photo within 14 days. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund with no return needed. Your legal rights are not limited by this reporting request.

Wash cold inside out, hang dry, and do not iron over the print.

Personalization is not offered. Choose from the 50 designs in the collection.

Lifestyle photos are styled digital images based on the selected tote design. They illustrate the print and bag. Screen settings and the printing process can create small color differences.
