Operator and scope

The proposed Carrynote Occasion Notes digital membership would be offered by SAMFCommerce LLC, separately from Carrynote’s physical tote products. Its intended purpose is personalized songs connected to a recipient and occasion. The service, request limits and delivery commitments are still in development; no benefits are currently redeemable.

Proposed introduction and recurring price

The proposed introductory period is 10 days without a membership fee, beginning only after a future separate enrollment. After that period, the proposed fee is US$40 every 30 days until canceled. Any applicable taxes, exact first billing date, renewal interval and cancellation procedure must be shown before a customer authorizes a subscription. This notice does not authorize any charge.

Separate, affirmative choice

A tote purchase does not start the introductory period, create a membership or authorize recurring billing. There are no preselected membership choices and no membership charges attached to tote orders. A future membership must require a separate affirmative enrollment with the full price and renewal terms visible before acceptance.

Cancellation and help

No membership can currently be enrolled in through Carrynote. Before any future launch, the actual cancellation method, effective timing and refund rules will be published and tested. Do not treat this planning notice as an active cancellation portal. For questions or a charge you do not recognize, contact support@carrynote.co; never send a complete payment card number.

Physical tote orders

Totes are one-time purchases and are not automatically reshipped. Their shipping policy and returns policy apply separately. Membership is not required to shop.

These proposed terms may change before the service opens. We will publish the final service description and terms before accepting enrollment. No trial clock, subscription contract or recurring payment is created by reading this page, browsing the store or buying a tote.
